This notice explains what the operator of CopackIndex does with personal information collected through CopackIndex.

Browsing the site

You can use the index without giving us any personal information. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, brand name and the details you give about your product. We use them only to pass your enquiry to the co-packer you chose, with your consent. Please don’t send confidential recipes or formulas through the form.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months so we can answer questions about them, then delete them.

Business listings

Listings contain business information from public sources such as company websites, trade directories and certification registers. We don’t list private individuals.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
